Teens will create a few different crafts that are designed to help practice mindfulness to reduce anxiety and calm nervous feelings. They may make things like a sensory bottle, fidget toys, and worry dolls. Teens will also learn some mindfulness/breathing techniques that can be used to reduce fear/anxiety. All items created in this program will be put into a “toolbox” teens will decorate themselves using washi tape and markers.
Open to ages 12-18. Space is limited so registration is suggested. Drop-ins will be able to join the program as long as there is space available.
