How should we think about and manage those carbohydrates we love? "Carbs" is a nutrient category that covers a lot of ground. We know that excess carbs contribute to common and serious health problems, yet some carb-rich foods are fantastic for health! We will discuss this, and ways to set limits when your daily carb intake is veering out of control.
