Actor John Morello, well-known for his original work Dirt which has toured the United States for over twenty years, creates a mesmerizing performance of this classic poem. Accompanied by an original ambient score blended with captivating images and lighting, this performance is a multi-sensory invitation to one of the most important poems of the 20th century. Morello and a team of world class artists have created a thrilling work that brings to life Eliot’s “heap of broken images" taking audiences not only around the world but back and forth in time with Eliot’s prescient words. 4th Wall Stage invites you to come experience The Waste Land and see why The Atlantic Monthly raves “One hundred years after publication... its vision has never been more terrifying.” The 45-minute performances will be a world premiere at Museum of Worcester for six dates only. Morello is in the process of bringing this show on the road here in the States and internationally. Museum of Worcester will be highlighting more poetry events and partnering with Holy Cross on an upcoming poetry exhibit.
