Juniper Village at Newark's Yoga on the Green!
This all-levels class invites guests and residents to move, breath, and find balance in the beauty of nature.
Juniper will have two experienced instructors guiding the session:
One instructor will lead traditional yoga poses on a mat
One instructor will provide modified chair yoga options for a fully accessible practice
This event is free and open to the public! All are welcome!
Guests are kindly asked to RSVP to the concierge by 5/23.
