Vendor Information
π Location: This yearβs vendor area will be set up on the grassy space on the west side of our store.
π Standard Space: $15 | Approx. 10' x 10' (If you need a different size space contact us).
πΉ Vendors must bring their own table. Securely anchored tent optional.
Important Vendor Guidelines
β No refunds β All sales are final.
π Assigned setup times will be provided. Vehicles may unload at their designated time but must be moved to the back lot immediately after.
π§ No vehicle access to the vendor area during the event.
π Tables are NOT provided.
π΄ All tack swap items must be equine-related. No live animal sales permitted.
π§Ή Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and must remove all unsold items.
π Unclaimed items will be donated to After The Races.
