Junior League of Wilmington Kitchen Tour
Design junkies and foodies alike will embark on the self-guided fundraising Tour on April
5, from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., visiting 13 homes in the city of Wilmington, North
Wilmington, Greenville, Landenberg, Kennett Square and Chadds Ford. Tickets are $40
per person in advance, or $50 on the day of the Tour. All proceeds benefit the Junior
League of Wilmington and its mission of training women to be leaders in the community.
The last in-person Tour was held in 2018, before Covid disrupted…well, everything. The
good news? Since then, homeowners have been dreaming big, and designers have
been bringing those visions to life. The result—our 2025 kitchens—are nothing short of
spectacular, blending luxury materials with cutting-edge convenience.
Join the Tour to explore the latest kitchen trends, from bold pops of color—especially
blues and greens—to stunning natural wood and brick accents. Countertops are getting
an upgrade, with materials that go beyond classic soapstone and Carrara marble
(though we still love those!). And say goodbye to the traditional butler’s pantry—hello,
scullery! This supercharged storage space keeps everything from messy smoothie
blenders to kid's snack stations tucked away, and you’ll see it featured in several
homes. Plus, this year, some designers are showcasing their own kitchens—get an
inside look at what the pros can’t live without in their own homes!
