About the Author:
Emily Pratt is an author, graphic designer, painter, and nurse. She was born in upstate New York and raised in the central Pennsylvania area, graduating from Messiah University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts. She received her nursing license in 2025. Her debut book, Women with ADHD: Unleash Your Superpower; was born from her intense desire to see other neurodivergent women thrive, not just survive in today's world. Emily's biggest hope is that women on the spectrum find the help, resources, and empathetic community that she didn't have growing up. Her writing style is inspiring and relatable, coming from a place of creativity, understanding, and humor. She truly believes that by sharing her story, other women will feel more empowered to share their own.

Kim Mazewski is New Castle County’s only Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®) and the founder of Consciously Cleared and Contained. A licensed occupational therapist, queer mama, and passionate community advocate, she specializes in mindful decluttering and helping families — especially those navigating ADHD and other brain-based differences — create organized homes that feel supportive and easy to reset. Known for her compassionate, judgment-free approach, Kim is dedicated to uplifting local communities through sustainable donations, collaboration with small businesses, and empowering people to live with less overwhelm and more intention.
