We’ll begin with a relaxed 25-minute guided walk where you’ll be introduced to the 9 areas of whole-person wellness and how each area impacts energy, stress, purpose, relationships, and overall quality of life. This is not a fitness event — it’s a practical and inspiring conversation about creating balance in real life.
Bring your favorite sandwich or light dinner for after the walk (we'll have coolers & ice to store food while we walk) and enjoy a casual group gathering with fresh fruit and light side snacks provided. We’ll share conversation, answer questions, and complete the Personal Health Inventory (PHI) — a powerful self-reflection tool that helps you identify where you are thriving, where you may feel stuck, and what matters most to you.
