Free Pop-up Clinic at SRFM Manassas (6/27)
The Healing Tide, a non-profit focused on promoting health equity, and Stone Ridge Family Medicine, a local family medicine clinic, are partnering to present a free pop-up medical clinic. Our clinic will be held on Saturday, June 27, at SRFM Manassas (located at 8569 Sudley Rd #B, Manassas, VA 20110), from 10 AM to 1 PM. During this event, we are planning to provide blood pressure screenings, A1C/blood glucose testing, health maintenance checkups, basic physical evaluations, and educational guides for chronic illnesses.
