“Will Women Ever Control Their Own Bodies?” is the topic of the November McLean Area Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) program. It will be held on Tuesday, November 19th from 7:00-8:30p.m at the McLean Community Center, 1234 Ingleside Avenue, Mclean 22101. The featured speaker is Judy Waxman, one of the nation’s leading healthcare law and policy analysts and activists. Ms. Waxman formerly served as Vice President for Health and Reproductive Rights at the National Women’s Law Center and has served in prominent positions for numerous other federal and non-profit healthcare-related organizations. This event is free and open to the public.
