Amateur Radio Field Day & Open House
On Saturday, June 28th and Sunday, June 29th see Ham Radio in action at the Eastern Loudoun Sheriff’s Station, 46620 East Frederick Dr., Sterling. Visitors are welcome and can get on-the-air to make radio contacts! Hours are 2pm to 6pm on Saturday, June 28 and 9am to 2 pm Sunday, June 29th.
ARRL Field Day is a nationwide amateur radio event showcasing the science, skill & emergency preparedness of Amateur Radio. Hosted by Sterling Park Amateur Radio Club, amateur radio operators simulate the set-up and operation of a radio station for emergency operations.
