The Jack Gruber Trio brings an electrifying blend of jazz, pop, video game music, and anime themes to the Arts Barn stage. Raised by two musician parents in Washington, DC’s vibrant jazz scene, Jack Gruber began playing piano at the age of eight and later honed his craft performing in local clubs.
Now based in New York City, Gruber is a dynamic performer known for weaving together jazz standards, pop hooks, nostalgic video game melodies, and anime themes into melodic originals and inventive interpretations. His performances have taken him to renowned venues including Strathmore Music Center, Warner Theatre, Minton’s Playhouse, and Keystone Korner.
After a well-received solo appearance at the Arts Barn, we are excited to welcome Jack back with his trio! Jack Gruber, piano; Eliot Seppa, bass; Dante Pope, drums.
