FAME – Foundation for the Advancement of Music & Education – is proud to present ‘Tis the Season 2025, our annual intergenerational concert celebrating the holiday season and the 10th Anniversary of its FAME Jazz Band Program (FJBP). The FJBP provides high-quality jazz education and academic tutoring to young musicians in the Greater Washington Region. The program’s success was made possible by the remarkable leadership and commitment of its inaugural Artistic Director, Nat Adderley, Jr.—a member of the legendary Adderley jazz family and internationally renowned jazz pianist, best known for his award-winning work as musical director, composer, and arranger for the iconic Luther Vandross.
