This is not your average bar crawl.
The Women’s Crawl is a 5-hour experience brought to you by Shrinks on Tap & Del Ray Psych & Wellness—featuring drink and food specials designed to celebrate womanhood, connection, and personal transformation at several restaurants along Mt. Vernon Ave in Del Ray. A portion of the sales will also go to the Alexandria Domestic Violence Safe House.
We’ll gather, release what no longer serves us, reconnect to our bodies and hearts, and celebrate together—moving through Del Ray with intention, joy, and collective energy.
Whether you come with friends or solo, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and wildly alive.

Release Station (Fire Ritual) – The Wellness Junction (2 PM+)
Begin with a grounding check-in and symbolic release ritual—letting go of what you no longer want to carry into your next chapter.
Primal Scream & Mind–Body Coherence Station – Pat Miller Square (5:30 PM)
A guided, playful release to shake off stress, pressure, and old narratives—followed by a heart-centered pause to regulate and reconnect.
Closing Dance Party with DJ Thunder Bunny – Piece Out Del Ray (6 PM+)
We’ll end with music, movement, and freedom—anchoring intention, sisterhood, and celebration.

About the Hosts
Shrinks on Tap, hosted by Dr. Lauren Fisher and Dr. Eleni Boosalis, is rooted in connection, healing, and community. As owners of The Wellness Junction and Del Ray Psych & Wellness, they are passionate about creating spaces where women can show up fully, authentically, and joyfully.
Dr. Fisher is also the creator and chair of Del Ray’s Bands & Brews Bar Crawl and the Candy Cane Bar Crawl.
