Mia Saunders Ballet presents Peter Pan
Mia Saunders School of Ballet (MSB) presents its Spring 2026 production, Peter Pan and Lyrical Works, on Sunday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the Centreville High School Auditorium, located at 6001 Union Mill Road in Clifton, VA.
This brand-new production of Peter Pan offers a fresh, imaginative take on the classic story, featuring original choreography, new costumes, and a unique storyline set primarily to the music of composer Stephen Warbeck. Designed to delight audiences of all ages, the performance blends humor, heart, and adventure in a lively, family-friendly ballet.
The production highlights the creativity and collaboration that define the MSB community. This year’s show was selected with input from the studio’s senior dancer, Parker Ellison of Paul VI High School, who performs the title role as her final MSB production. Advanced dancers bring the lead characters to life, while younger students perform in imaginative ensemble roles including Pixie Dust, Water Lilies, Crocodiles, Mermaids, and Lost Boys.
Audiences will enjoy dynamic and theatrical moments throughout the performance, including group scenes that bring together multiple levels of dancers and showcase the studio’s full range of talent. The show also reflects the strong sense of community within MSB, as dancers support one another both on and off the stage.
Peter Pan and Lyrical Works is an engaging and accessible performance for families, friends, and community members, and is especially enjoyable for young children experiencing live dance for the first time.
