Women's Initiative Network 5th Annual Holiday Charity Drive
The Women's Initiative Network is seeking household and personal care items to support local non-profit Bethany House of Northern Virginia which provides short-term housing and life advancement services to women and children escaping domestic violence. They provide women with safe, restorative care while giving them the support and resources they need to transition into independent lives free from abuse. Individuals who stop by and donate items will receive an exclusive Patagonia discount when you donate.
Items Requested Include:
Dishwashing detergent (for hand washing and dishwashers)
Laundry detergent
Laundry baskets
Gift cards: Walmart, Target, Amazon, Giant, Harris Teeter, Aldi, gas cards, Door Dash, Uber, Lyft
Checks payable to Bethany House of Northern Virginia
Toilet paper (preferably, individually wrapped or 4 packs)
Paper towels
Body lotion
Bar soap/shower gel/body wash
Body spray
Deodorant/antiperspirant for women
