Get ready for a twinkly weekend of great shopping and small-town holiday vibes! The Holiday Artisan Market is back in historic Occoquan - this year taking place in the heart of the historic district on parts of Union and Commerce Streets. Most parking in town will remain open and shuttle service will also be available from a local commuter lot. FREE entry to all events during the Holiday Artisan Market. Shop til you drop Saturday, December 6 from 12:00pm-8:00pm Sunday, December 7 from 11:00am-4:00pm ​85 curated artisans (and 40+ in-town shops!) will be decked out with unique holiday gifts, decor, and goodies. Occoquan businesses will also be open late on Saturday, December 6, to match the hours of the market (open until 8pm!).​ A vendor list to be announced closer to date. Santa arrives by boat Saturday, December 6 at 11:30am The big guy heads into Occoquan by boat on Saturday, December 6. Watch him float into town at the town dock around 11:30am, then parade up to the opening of the market at 12:00pm, where he will meet-and-greet with families. Santa Sing-A-Long Saturday, December 6 at 1:00pm Join Santa for a sing-a-long at our beautifully lit tree in front of Town Hall (314 Mill Street)! Shop late & Firepits Saturday, December 6 from 5:00pm-8:00pm While you are shopping late through the market and at local businesses, pop by our holiday themed firepit area for marshmallow roasting and more! Gingerbread contest awards Sunday, December 7 at 3:45pm The winners of our beloved community gingerbread contest will be announced just before the close of the market on Sunday!
