SunriseWALKS Greater Washington 2025
The Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia is pleased to announce that the 4th annual SunriseWALKS Metro DC will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the Jumbotron at National Harbor, bringing together local families, businesses, and community supporters to raise essential funds for Sunrise Day Camp–Greater Washington. This one-of-a-kind full-summer day camp provides free-of-charge programming for children with cancer and their siblings, ensuring that no child battling cancer misses out on the joys of summer.
Sunrise Day Camp–Greater Washington is the only full-summer day camp in the region specifically designed for children with cancer and their siblings. Unlike overnight programs, Sunrise campers return home each day, ensuring continuity of medical care while giving children the chance to form friendships, build confidence, and enjoy a summer of fun.
