Chef's Table Experience: Father's Day Dinner
Come celebrate Father's Day with us! This 2 - 2.5-hour demonstration style class is designed for those who want a cooking class while not actually cooking. So come and relax as Chef Mary puts on dinner and a show! Join us at 6 PM for light hors d'oeuvres with Chef Mary beginning the four-course dinner demonstration once all guests have arrived. She will show you how to prepare each course while teaching you about the ingredients and techniques used. Diners will receive a digital download of recipes to use at home and try the techniques learned. Dinner will be paired with choice of a wine or bourbon/cocktails pairing, determined upon arrival.
