Pages Across the Plains: HEROES Regional Summer Literacy Workshop
This summer, the Oklahoma State Department of Education's HEROES Literacy Instructional Team will come to Sand Springs to host a literacy workshop. Pages Across the Plains will be held at Charles Page Freshman Academy.
This free event from OSDE is designed for PreK–5 teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, and literacy leaders working with students learning to read.
Participants will:
• Learn evidence-based literacy practices aligned to the Science of Reading
• Connect with educators across the region
• Explore literacy resources and connect with partners supporting Oklahoma schools
• Receive a certificate of attendance
Note: The registration page references a 3% transaction fee; however, this workshop is entirely free, and no fee will be applied. Registration is limited and will close once capacity is reached.
