Experience the benefits of combining a gentle-moderate yoga practice with an introduction to meditation.
You will practice the yoga of physical balance: stretch, strengthen, and breathwork. We will provide tools and direction to help you cultivate and sustain a home practice in both yoga and meditation. Led by Priscilla Potter and David Weeks. No experience needed.
