Yoga and meditation. When combined, these to practices give you a good foundation in the body-mind connection. The yoga helps to stretch, strengthen and relax the body, and the meditation practice helps one to quiet the mind and experience a deeper peacefulness.
No experience necessary in yoga or meditation. Meets four weeks, Thursdays except 7/3. $50 Led by Priscilla Potter, E-RYT500.
