In this workshop, we will discuss various pain conditions around the pelvis involving areas such as the low back, hip, tailbone, and pelvic floor and how we can reduce pain in these regions with yoga, breathwork, stress reduction, and more! We will be doing a blend of education/discussion and gentle movements on your yoga mat. Dr. Emily Mason is a pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga instructor, and women's health coach who is passionate about pelvic health and wellness.
