Mudras, Signs & Sigils: The Living Language of Spirit
Across cultures and throughout time, human beings have sought relationship with the unseen through symbols. The gesture of a hand, the pattern of a dream, the appearance of a meaningful sign, and the creation of a sacred mark have all served as bridges between our inner world and the greater mystery around us.
Join us for an afternoon of plant communion, contemplative movement and symbolic exploration as we enter the living language of spirit. Through a ceremonial herbal tea infusion, we will cultivate a deeper relationship with the wisdom of the plant kingdom while exploring the sacred art of mudra, the meaning of signs and synchronicity, and the ancient practice of creating intentional symbols.
Through meditation, gentle nature-inspired qigong and guided creative practice, we will listen inwardly, awaken our symbolic imagination, and craft a personal sigil infused with intention and meaning. This sigil becomes a companion, a visual prayer, and a reminder of the qualities we are choosing to embody.
