MELT can change in how your body looks and feels using the MELT Method. You will learn MELT sequences to help your students remain active, healthy, and pain-free. We will use specialized soft body rollers and MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging. You will learn how to integrate MELT techniques into your classes. MELT helps to reduce inflammation and chronic pain, relieve tension and stress, and hydrate your body at the cellular level. She continued her training with MELT Neuro Strength Training in 2014. Therapeutic yoga and MELT have relieved chronic low-back pain Ann experienced for over 30 years. Ann is a baby boomer who finds much joy in sharing her practice to help ease the pain. She is dedicated to helping others find relief through her classes and workshops, empowering others to take charge of their health. Ann has provided MELT classes since 2013 and completed her 200-hour HTTI teacher training in 2012, she is passionate about making yoga and MELT accessible to everyone. Cost $60 per person; $45 for staff and YC 200-hour graduates -Open to teachers and students with a structural anatomy background as part of our HTTI 300-hour training.
