This workshop shares information regarding the intersection of food/eating, basic things we need every day, and the limbs of yoga.
This introduction to each of the eight limbs and its relationship to food/eating will help to bring a deeper appreciation for this vital activity that we, at least here in the westernized world, take for granted most of the time. Led by Shawna Roberts, RYT500, LMT
