In today's world, many people feel overwhelmed, fearful, fatigued, wanting to live their deeper core values but feeling unsupported by what’s going on in the world and our country. On top of this, we continue to experience extreme weather, violence, war, ideological and political polarity, and more.
The good news is that there are tools available that can help us through this strife and discord. In 400 BCE Hippocrates said, “There is one common flow, one common breathing.” Albert Einstein said, “The greatest illusion in the world is the illusion of separation,” and “We suffer from an optical delusion (the sense of separation) that represents a prison for us... Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature.”
Einstein also shared, “No problem can be solved at the level of consciousness that created it.” Meaning that we must look at our perceptions and beliefs — and be open to new, more awakened understandings that just might allow us to shift how we experience ourselves and what’s going on around us.
If we are to create healthier ways of living for ourselves and the planet, this is what we would do well to focus on. It is past time to elevate our consciousness (individually and collectively). This is not a luxury; it is a necessity if we are going to make it possible for everyone to experience peace, balance and joy on a sustainable and flourishing planet.
Can you imagine yourself:
• Able to self-regulate your nervous system?
• Allowing nothing to enter your consciousness except what you wish?
• Releasing concern for other peoples’ opinions?
• Instantly realizing when you get triggered?
• Living from the awareness that nothing other people do or say is because of you?
• Never engaging in violence on anyone in word, thought or deed?
• Constantly on alert that not one iota of negative thought enters into your consciousness?
• Being able to embody all of the above easily?
There are practices to help us move towards this state of consciousness. As human beings, living in this time of vast change, we are constantly affected by so much that is going on all around us. It’s a never-ending challenge to stay grounded, centered, and calm. This 3-session weekend series, led by Danielle "Rain" Dvorak, offers the possibility of helping you to shift in uplifting, positive ways that may help you live a better life. $125 or $100 All Access pass.
