Coming to Our Senses: Tucson poetry event brings community together
A public poetry reading and community event, Coming to Our Senses, will take place at The Rogue Theatre, bringing together poetry, music, and local engagement in support of the arts, education, and humanitarian aid. The event will feature longtime Tucsonan Greg Hart, who will read from his newly published collection, We Are Here: Collected Poems, alongside friends and fellow participants. The evening is free and open to the public. Proceeds from book sales will be donated to Edge High School, The Rogue Theatre, and Doctors Without Borders, supporting both local and global initiatives. In addition to the reading, the event will include music by Maestro Arnulfo Velasquez and refreshments, creating a welcoming gathering for conversation and community.
