Buddha Boom
The Center for Integrated Research and Exploration on 4th Avenue is going to begin holding a Buddha Boom event every Wednesday starting May 1st from 6:30-8:30pm. This is going to be a very fun 2 hour meditation and drumming event. It will be led by a meditation master Phillip Wei, who will guide us in alternating drumming (drums will be provided for everyone!!) and guided meditation in a circle in the room.
