Madaras Gallery Presents : Ted Berghausen a Local Legend - From Surgeon to Painter
Join us for a special evening as we celebrate the art of Ted Berghausen. During this event you will have the opportunity to meet the artist and enjoy light bites and refreshments. Ted is an orthopedic surgeon who practiced in Tucson for over 20 years. He started painting after he retired from his medical career. Surgery is an art form in itself, and he felt a creative void missing in his life after retiring. When he found painting, he felt that same passion and excitement revitalized – what an amazing new chapter! Ted particularly enjoys painting the western landscape, and the ever-changing light on the mountains that surround us here in southern Arizona. This is a night you won't want to miss!
