You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative harp nidra, where intuitive harp music supports gentle meditation and nervous system relaxation. The evening concludes with an immersive sound bath, allowing vibrations to wash over you, encouraging release, balance, and energetic clarity.
This ceremony is open to everyone—no prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Come as you are and allow yourself space to rest, reset, and reconnect as we welcome the returning light and the fullness of the moon.
