Sonora Winds presents: Spring Pops Concert
Popular music, soundtracks, and fun is the name of the game! Like John Williams' stirring "Midway March" from the 1976 movie "Midway," a selection of songs from the 2017 movie, "The Greatest Showman," and from the 2003 Broadway show to the silver screen in 2024, "Wicked." The arrangement of this Tony, Golden Globe, and Academy Award winning musical features 5 iconic songs. In addition to those uplifting pieces, we will also perform Holst's "Second Suite in F," Leroy Anderson's "Bugler's Holiday," and "Jitterbug" by Robert Buckley - you'll be swing dancing down the aisle!
