Emerging Choreographers Showcase
Esperanza Dance Project (EDP) is a Tucson-based non-profit organization that was founded in 2011. We support survivors of childhood sexual trauma and educate communities through the transformative power of dance. EDP has performed across Arizona, reaching high school and middle school students, professionals committed to maintaining child safety, and community advocates.
We are so excited to be hosting our annual Emerging Choreographers Showcase on Sunday, May 4th from 5-7 pm at Catalyst Creative Collective in the Tucson Mall! The event will feature brand new pieces choreographed by Esperanza dancers, a performance of our middle school oriented show, ProjectRISE, a 50/50 raffle, and art by local Arizona artists. Refreshments will be served. General admission tickets are available with a suggested donation of $25 and student tickets are $10. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
