Blenman Elm Home & Garden Tour 2026: Dwellings Through Time

Historic Roots, Modern Living: Blenman Elm Home Tour Celebrates Community, Creativity, and Tucson Culture Blenman Elm Home Tour: Dwellings Through Time returns on April 12, 2026, inviting the public to experience one of Tucson’s most vibrant historic neighborhoods. Established in the early 1900s and located just north of Speedway between Campbell and Country Club, Blenman-Elm reflects the layered cultural history of Tucson—where historic preservation, creative expression, and everyday living intersect. This year’s self-guided tour highlights a diverse collection of homes and spaces that demonstrate thoughtful adaptations and updates designed to suit modern Tucson living while still honoring the neighborhood’s architectural roots. From buildings designed by nationally renowned architects to deeply personal spaces shaped by artists, gardeners, and longtime residents, the tour offers a rich portrait of Blenman-Elm as a living, evolving community. “The Blenman Elm Home Tour is a celebration of how neighbors care for both history and each other,” said a home tour committee member. “It’s a rare opportunity to see how historic spaces evolve through thoughtful, creative living.” Presented by the Blenman Elm Neighborhood Association (BENA), the biennial tour raises funds for neighborhood-enhancing projects such as pocket parks and community artworks, reinforcing the area’s strong tradition of community engagement and place-based creativity. In keeping with that commitment, a portion of tour proceeds will be donated to Blenman Elementary School, supporting the next generation of Tucson residents.
