Beeping Egg Hunt
Event: 1st Annual Beeping Easter Egg Hunt
Hosted by: Sighted Guide Ohio
Date & Time: April 12th, 2025 at 10 AM – 1pm
Location: Sylvania YMCA, 6465 Sylvania Ave, Sylvania, OH 43560
Event Details:
Beeping Egg Hunt: Begins at 10:30 AM for blind and visually-impaired children. Each participant will have the option to be paired with a sighted guide to assist in finding beeping Easter eggs. Please bring your own basket or bag; extras will be available if needed.
Sighted Siblings Egg Hunt: Immediately follows the beeping egg hunt. Sighted siblings are encouraged to participate.
Refreshments: Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Goodie Bags: Each child will receive a bag filled with candy and/or snacks to take home.
Registration:
Please RSVP by April 1st to assist with event planning. A parent or guardian must be present at all times during the event.

Note: This event is designed for blind and visually-impaired children. Sighted children are welcome to participate and are encouraged to wear a blindfold during the egg hunt to share in the experience.
