Events to Squeeze Every Last Drop Out of Summer! 🍋🌞

We hope you're squeezing all the juiciest juice out of your summer so far -- we're doing our part to make life more enjoyable by offering a variety of festive events for every taste!

Labor Day is just a few days away, but don't forget, we still have a few weeks of summer fun to go! Time to make some plans, grab your crew, and make more Summer of '22 memories.

Here are a few coming up in the Philadelphia area:

102.9 WMGK's 11th Annual Brew Blast on the Battleship - Have a blast aboard the USS New Jersey in Camden with over 50 beers from your favorite local breweries, a full day of live music performed by WMGK's house band, along with the chance to talk music with MGK's own John DeBella, Matt Cord & Andre Gardner.  It's all happening Saturday, Sept. 10th, from 1 - 5 PM.  All tickets include a free tour of the battleship New Jersey. Ball on the Square / A Taste of Philly - A spectacular, upscale party and high profile event for charity, this year's Ball on the Square offers a unique culinary and spirits tasting experience under the stars in Rittenhouse Square through two options.  A sit-down dinner with VIP Access or an open format tasting experience with general admission. Proceeds from this black tie event will support the operations and maintenance of Rittenhouse Square, with a portion of the proceeds donated to Project Home. The ball takes place Wednesday, September 14th from 6:00 - 11:30 PM. 

South Philly SausageFest - This year's 6th annual South Philly SausageFest kicks off on West Passyunk at South Broad St., Saturday, September 17th, from noon till 7 PM. Featuring 4 food trucks, 2 restaurants and 8 local breweries, you'll enjoy a variety of sausage and suds to a soundtrack of classic blues and rock provided by a variety of live local talent. Add to all this a whole lot of arts & crafts vendors, plus antiquers.  A fun filled day that's also family friendly.  

Craig Ferguson @ Philly Live! Casino - Don't miss the always hilarious, award winning comedian / actor / writer / producer, coming to the casino on Friday, September 9th from 7 - 10 PM. 

Delaware Taco Festival - Delaware's most anticipated food & entertainment festival is back, September 24th/25th at the Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park. This will be an action packed weekend with tacos, margaritas, games/contests, live bands, Mariachi music and tequila samplings! Over 25 food vendors, a giant margarita bar, a kids fun zone, and even wrestling await you! Everything you love and then some!
