Bonsai & Brews is more than a workshop, it’s an experience. You’ll create your own bonsai with guidance from award-winning local artists from Thunderstruck Bonsai. No experience or tools are required; just come ready for some hands-on fun!

Thirsty Buffalo Brewing Company always has something interesting and innovative happening! Located in the West Pasco Industrial Park, there’s a full beverage manufacturing facility with a brewery and taproom on site! In addition to their own production, they also have a copacking brand, Craftek Beverages, that makes beverages for other companies that need small MOQ manufacturing. The kitchen in the taproom serves toasted subs made with local Boar’s Head products, all beer made in house and offer a variety of other beverages including NAs.
