The children of a once famous artist hire a forger to complete some unfinished, long ago abandoned canvases so they’ll have an inheritance when he dies.
Written by Ed Solomon (Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure, Men in Black) and directed by Stephen Soderberg (Ocean’s 11, Magic Mike), those two credits probably leave you very confused about what to expect from The Christophers. Expect a scaled-down, witty inverse heist film about greed, legacy and art’s true value. Stars Michaela Coel and Ian McKellen.
