Free Yoga at the Pier for Neighborly
Kristina Rich will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll practice as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete. Bring your mat and dress for comfort.
Donations collected this month will benefit Neighborly. Since 1966 Neighborly has been dedicated to improving the lives of older persons in Pinellas County in need of home and community-based services. A champion of seniors, they provide Meals on Wheels, adult day programs, senior dining, and transportation.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.
You'll find us at Family Park. Check the schedule on our website or in The BE app if you are unsure about weather cancellations, dates, or class time. The schedule is always correct!
