Easter by the Bay brings together an indulgent buffet, free-flowing drinks including bottomless mimosas, live music, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and a dedicated dessert station all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Tampa Bay. From 10:00am to 2:00pm, guests will be treated to a lavish spread crafted by the Palmette culinary team, led by Executive Chef Saravanan Appadurai, showcasing the fresh, coastal-inspired flavors the restaurant has quickly become known for.
Start at the Chilled Seafood Bar, where East Coast Oysters on the Half Shell, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, and Ceviche with Citrus & Avocado set an elegant tone.
From there, the spread unfolds across a show-stopping Carving Station featuring Slow-Roasted Prime Rib with Gouda Mashed Potatoes, Horseradish Cream, and Onion Jus, alongside an Action Station serving Blackened Local Grouper with Mango & Avocado Salsa and Citrus Remoulade. Hot entrées including Shrimp & Grits with Andouille Gravy, Mojo Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Sour Orange Glaze, and Bananas Foster Pancakes round out a menu that is equal parts indulgent and inventive.
A Spring Salad Bar, fresh fruit, and Granola Parfaits with Vanilla Honey Yogurt round out the lighter side of the spread, before the Dessert Station closes things out with Chocolate Truffles, Mini Cheesecakes, and Key Lime Pies.
