Join us for a special summer edition of Friday Night Flight as we explore how fresh, seasonal fruit can transform the experience of fine tea.
Together we'll taste three thoughtfully paired combinations: delicate Yunnan Silver Needle with sweet floral blueberries, vibrant whisked matcha alongside ripe mango, and a refreshing cold-brewed peach oolong served with fresh peach. As we move through each pairing, we'll discuss why certain flavors complement one another, how sweetness, acidity, texture, and aroma influence what we taste, and how tea can be enjoyed much like wine through intentional pairing.
Whether you're new to tea or already a devoted drinker, this relaxed guided tasting offers a fresh way to experience the flavors of summer.
