A New Space for Pediatric Wellness
This is a curated networking and education event for pediatric wellness and behavioral health providers across the Tampa Bay area. Traditional networking events often feel stiff or transactional; we are creating a space grounded in real presence, collaboration, and community. Located in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District in downtown St. Pete, this event brings together clinical expertise, experiential wellness, and meaningful connection in a beautiful, expansive environment.
Throughout the evening, attendees can engage with breathwork, sound healing, an art therapy lounge, VR demonstrations, and live experiential activations designed to support both providers and clients. A live DJ will create an intentional atmosphere for conversation and connection, while local food and beverage partners keep the experience community centered and grounded.
Keynote Speakers and Live Q and A
The evening will feature keynote industry leaders presenting on the cutting edge of behavioral health, pediatric wellness, and integrative care. Following the presentations, attendees are invited into a live Q and A and book talk designed for direct, high level dialogue. This is an opportunity to challenge outdated standards, ask difficult questions, and learn from professionals actively shaping the future of neurodivergent care.
The Evolution of Clinical Networking: The NEI Directory
Managing a heavy caseload requires more than clinical skill; it requires a trusted ecosystem of support. We understand the mental load of searching for the right specialist for a family when your own schedule is already full. To address this, we are officially launching the NEI Pediatric Wellness Provider Directory — a private referral network designed to simplify collaboration and create seamless, holistic care pathways for families. By joining this trusted provider ecosystem, clinicians gain access to warm referrals, ongoing collaboration, and a more connected standard of care.
Visionary Leadership: Dr. Angela Fisher and the EBIT Method
Innovation is at the center of this evening, led by Dr. Angela Fisher, founder of NEI and a leading voice in neurodivergent care. Dr. Fisher is the author of nearly a dozen books exploring relationships, parenting, trauma, boundaries, and integrative wellness. As the creator of EBIT (Empowerment Based Integrative Therapy), she has developed a transformative framework centered on validating, accepting, and nurturing neurodivergent individuals. Dr. Fisher will discuss her work, her books on the EBIT method, and answer audience questions during a live Q and A and book talk.
A Unified Collaborative Space
We believe true healing happens when disciplines collaborate instead of operating in silos. We are actively inviting:
* Medical and Clinical Professionals: Doctors, nurses, therapists, and behavioral technicians.
* Holistic and Integrative Practitioners: Naturopathic specialists and alternative wellness providers.
* Educational Professionals: Teachers and school based staff supporting child development daily.
We are also offering special partnership opportunities for Step Up providers, and attendance is highly encouraged. This event is designed to support and spotlight providers shaping pediatric wellness in our community while creating opportunities for deeper visibility, collaboration, and ongoing connection.
Art with a Purpose
Our integrated fine art gallery and fundraiser will benefit The Superhero Academy, NEI’s nonprofit providing low to no cost wellness services for children and families. Featured artists include James Coleman, Sarah Wall, Ashton Howard, and other contemporary creators. Guests will have the opportunity to experience museum quality artwork while directly supporting accessible pediatric care.
