Vendor registration for our annual Kings Point Fall Business Expo on Thursday, September 17th, 2026 in the Kings Point Veterans Theater - 1900 Clubhouse Drive in Sun City Center, Florida!With over 9,500 Kings Point residents, the Fall Business Expo is designed to connect you and your business with our community & other local businesses. Choose from one of two vendor levels:Gold Vendor ($275 + taxes & fees):1 x 8 ft. Table w/ 2 chairsDiamond Vendor ($425 + taxes & fees):1 x 8 ft. Table w/ 2 chairs6 month complimentary website listing under "Local Business Partners" section on KingsPointSunCityCenter.com ($150 value) 1 complimentary eBlast email advertisement to over 8,000 subscribed Kings Point residents ($250 value)Special "Thank You" mention in "The Pointer" - our printed monthly magazine publication at Kings Point!NEW FOR FALL 2026: Coffee Sponsorship - $300 (available for purchase online): provides complimentary coffee for all Expo attendees & Vendors.**Check payments are not accepted at this time**. There will be limited space for back drops. All marketing materials must fit either on or behind the provided 8 ft. table space. Vertical signage and other promotional/marketing materials may not block walkways, emergency exits or impede neighboring tables. There are limited electrical spaces available - those with electrical request will have priority to outside table selection. Table selection and outlet spaces based on first come, first served basis. Previous expo table & preferred seating not guaranteed. Tables marked in RED have been reserved. Tables along the outside perimeter of the room will be reserved for registrations requiring electrical outlets only. In case of WiFi outages, please plan accordingly.REMINDER: Table preferences and requests are not guaranteed. As always, we will do our best to accommodate your selection as closely as possible, based on first-come, first-served basis & availability.
