Easter Brunch Buffet at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach
Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa invites guests and local residents to celebrate Easter with a festive beachfront brunch experience.
The Easter Brunch Buffet will be served on Sunday, April 5, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the resort’s signature restaurant, SHOR American Seafood Grill, offering beautiful Gulf views and a relaxed holiday setting by the beach.
The menu will feature a variety of breakfast favorites including carrot cake French toast, pancakes, hashbrown casserole, thick cut bacon and pork sausage, as well as farm fresh eggs prepared to order with assorted mix ins. Guests can also enjoy savory selections such as butternut squash mac and cheese and sweet potato casserole, along with specialty stations including a chilled seafood display with Gulf shrimp, oysters and crab legs, a sushi display, a smoked salmon station, and carving stations with roasted prime strip loin and carved turkey breast. Additional highlights include chicken and waffles drizzled with hot honey, tea sandwiches, a charcuterie station with artisan cured meats and cheeses, and a selection of seasonal salads, soups and desserts.
