The four course prix fixe dinner will be offered exclusively on Valentine’s Day and served alongside the restaurant’s regular a la carte menu. Guests will enjoy elevated coastal cuisine in the resort’s signature waterfront restaurant, which features indoor and covered outdoor seating with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and a sunset backdrop.
The menu begins with a lobster bisque amuse bouche followed by courses such as spring panzanella and eggplant, baked Comte ravioli with fresh figs, and a choice of pan seared halibut or grilled prime strip au poivre. The evening concludes with an Edelweiss cake featuring raspberry, white chocolate mousse, and hazelnut praline. An optional wine pairing is available for guests who choose to enhance their dining experience.
