Our chef-driven buffet highlights fresh seasonal ingredients, vibrant flavors, and a variety of stations so guests can enjoy a relaxed and celebratory Easter together.
Begin your morning at our build-your-own parfait station, featuring Greek and vegan coconut yogurt, burnt honey granola, tropical fruits and berries, guava berry compote, candied pecans, dark chocolate, and other sweet toppings for the perfect start to your brunch.
Next, visit our made-to-order egg and omelet station, where chefs will prepare eggs just the way you like them with a full selection of fresh ingredients including ham, bacon, turkey sausage, spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, and a variety of cheeses.
From the carving station, savor marinated bistro steak served with kalamansi horseradish cream, whipped Boursin, clove chimichurri, and King’s Hawaiian pretzel rolls.
Our seafood and raw bar showcases fresh coastal flavors with jumbo poached shrimp, oysters on the half shell with black pepper shallot mignonette, bay scallop ceviche, and mini rock shrimp rolls.
The main buffet offers a vibrant spread of brunch favorites including a seasonal salad bar with house-made dressings, mini frittatas, salmon cakes with mojo hollandaise, chicken sausage, thick-cut bacon, sweet potato hash, breakfast potatoes, Brussels sprouts with sour cherry gastrique and guanciale, and butter-roasted baby carrots with Calabrian hot honey and crispy garlic gremolata.

As you dine, the restaurant comes alive with live Latin music from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, filling the space with warm rhythms and vibrant energy. Guests can also enjoy a truly personal touch with on-demand poetry from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, where Gio will craft a custom poem inspired by your moment at Flor Fina—creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
