Plein Air Open at The Fenway
The Pastel Society of Tampa Bay will host the Plein Air Open.
All Mediums are welcomed and invited to paint on the grounds and environs near The Fenway Hotel. Register on site starting at 9 am. The public is invited to view the artwork at Noon. PSTB Award Ceremony at 1:00 pm. For more info email bparker@parkerandpartners.com
