We invite you to our annual Open House on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the Dunedin Community Center from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM.
Tai Chi Traditions, Inc. is celebrating its fifth birthday in 2026, the Year of the 🔥🐴Fire Horse, as a 501(c)(3) Florida Nonprofit Charitable Organization dedicated to teaching tai chi in North Pinellas County Florida. We continue to welcome and teach Beginner and Continuing tai chi students.
Through demonstration and guided practice, we help you learn the gentle movements of tai chi, a moving meditation, to improve your overall physical and mental well-being, strength, balance, and flexibility.
🟧WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR? YOU!
This event is for folks who:
• are curious about tai chi.
• have never done tai chi.
• are current &/or past students of tai chi.
• have tried tai chi in the past and want to repeat a Beginner class.
• have completed a Beginner class and would like to continue on their tai chi journey.
• are at all levels of physical ability and at any age.
🟧WHAT TO EXPECT
You will:
• learn about Tai Chi Traditions, Inc.
• learn about modified Yang style tai chi.
• learn about our 2026 class schedule.
• hear testimonials from current members about their tai chi journeys.
• hear what tai chi can do to help and improve your body and mind.
• watch a demonstration.
• participate in guided instruction.
• meet our instructors.
• ask questions.
• join us for refreshments and a meet & greet.
