The Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) will welcome rock veterans, The Smithereens, on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 8pm, with indie rock duo Sirsy opening the evening.
The Smithereens marked their 45th year in 2025 with new music releases and continued touring. Known for their 1960s-inspired power-pop sound, the band blends East Coast roots-rock with the punch of Mod and British Invasion influences. Their catchy melodies, more than 2,500 live performances, and hits like “A Girl Like You,” “Blood and Roses,” and “Only a Memory” have earned them a loyal global following for more than four decades.
Opening the show is Sirsy, a New York–based indie duo known for shows that blend sassy pop-rock with folk intimacy.
Tickets range from $30 to $50, plus applicable fees, with an optional $50 Meet & Greet. For tickets and more information, visit LargoArts.com or call the Central Park Performing Arts Center Box Office at (727)587-6793.
