St Paul & The Minneapolis Funk All Stars
Feel the groove when St. Paul & The Minneapolis Funk All-Stars light up the stage at the Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) on Friday, Jan 16, 2026, at 8pm. Led by St. Paul Peterson, former member of The Time and The Family, this band celebrates the iconic electro-funk-rock sound of the 1980s Twin Cities.
Handpicked by Prince to play keyboards for The Time and later to front The Family, St. Paul Peterson is one of the best musicians to emerge from Minneapolis. In the spirit of Motown’s Funk Brothers, he has brought together an ensemble of world-class musicians, all veterans of Prince’s bands who helped write, produce, and perform some of the biggest hits of the funk-rock era.
Tickets range from $25–$40, plus applicable fees, with Reserved Stadium seating and VIP seating with a dance floor. Limited Meet & Greet tickets are also available for $50.
